Our home is a mile from the lake and San Moritz Lodge. Our place is ideal for those enjoying weddings and events at the lodge, hiking and enjoying lake activities. We are 18 miles from skiing and snowboarding.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 10AM
- No more that 4 guest without prior permission
- No more than 4 guests over night guest without permission
- More guests listed in your reservation could result in extra fees.
- If the police are notified for disruption of the peace, your rental agreement is forfeit, and you may be asked to leave without a refund
- 1 car parking per unit
- Check-out is at 11:00. Please make arrangements if you need a different checkout time
Delay in checkout time could result in extra fees
- Pets are not authorized and can result in a $250 cleaning fee
